This provides reference to Governing Documents.  The Articles, Declarations, and Covenants are recorded in Chase & Morris County and require super-majority full association vote to modify.  The Bylaws are not a recorded document, but also require a super-majority vote to modify.  The remaining documents are enforceable Rules and Policies for KHA members administered by the Board.
